A new company, built on established experience
Radixia works across enterprise technology, applied AI, open source, infrastructure and industry ecosystems.
How we work
We help organisations design, deliver and adopt AI on open, sovereign infrastructure. We work in the open: what we build and test on our own systems becomes the evidence for what we recommend to others. When something is an experiment, we say so; when it runs in production, we say that too.
New company, established experience
Radixia is new. The experience behind it is not. Our work spans enterprise technology, applied AI, open source, cloud and infrastructure, and active participation in the technology ecosystem. We would rather show that through what we publish and build than claim a public track record we do not yet have.
Founder

Radixia was founded in March 2025 by Marco D'Angelo, who leads the company from Pavia. Before Radixia he spent 21 years at Microsoft: enterprise pre-sales and security, then Azure product marketing, then Developer Business GTM Manager, Director for Europe. Several of those years were spent specifically on open-source software and DevOps on Azure across Western Europe. He started out running server, authentication and mail platforms for an internet provider.
He speaks on open source and digital sovereignty, including at the Gaia-X Summit in Porto and in Helsinki, Open Source Summit Europe in Amsterdam, and for the Eclipse Cloud Interest Group. He attended the Computer Science programme at the Università degli Studi di Milano, and holds a long list of vendor technical certifications earned across his career. Italian, fluent in English.LinkedIn.
Other roles, stated openly
Alongside Radixia, Marco holds two roles outside the company: Director, Cloud Ecosystem Lead Open Source at Huawei, on contract since February 2024, and GTM Team Manager at OverNet Education, part-time. Neither is a Radixia engagement and neither speaks for Radixia.
We state them here because we advise on cloud and open infrastructure, and you should be able to weigh a recommendation knowing what else is in the picture. Our practice is to name delivery options and dependencies instead of folding them into advice:Open Infrastructure and Sovereigntylists the platforms we work across, Huawei Cloud included, as options rather than conclusions. Where an event or article comes out of one of these other roles, we say so in the piece itself.
Writing
Our technical writing comes from Marco and from named guest writers in our professional network, and every article carries a real, named author. See theblog.
Ecosystem
We take part in the technology ecosystem through conferences, workshops and communities, and as a member of the Eclipse Foundation and the Eclipse Cloud Interest Group. We attend FOSDEM and SFSCon, spoke at OCX 2026 in Brussels, and take part in meetups in Milan and elsewhere in Europe. Helping other organisations do the same is a capability in its own right:Community and Ecosystem.
